You can follow one of the many walking and cycling trails, or make your way upto the castle for the most amazing views across the island. You can drive to Es Verger restaurant, made famous by Rick Stein on his Mediterranean Escapes, following signs to the castle. The road is single track at best, unmade and not for the faint hearted!
